This project explored how discarded and overlooked materials and objects could be repurposed with new functional aspects, particularly focusing on reusing materials from the modern era.
For instance, I designed a material shelf for the London Material Centre using cast iron pipe brackets from the 1900s that I found in a construction waste bin at Super Satellite. Despite facing design limitations due to the constraints of using the RCA workshop, I deeply considered both aesthetics and sustainability in this project.
